China controls 95% of REE magnet processing. Any trade disruption freezes the entire clean energy and defense supply chain overnight.

1. FEEDSTOCK SOURCING

NdFeB Magnets from E-Waste

We aggregate end-of-life magnets from established U.S. e-waste streams. Feedstock partners receive a new revenue stream from materials previously sold as scrap.


2. REE EXTRACTION

Patented, Low-Temp Process

Our proprietary process extracts rare earths as mixed rare earth oxide at low temperatures. Solvents are consumed — not discharged — resulting in a minimal waste profile.


3. OEM DELIVERY

Drop-in Supply for U.S. Manufactorers

The resulting rare earth oxide is sold directly to OEMs — re-entering production as new NdFeB magnets for clean tech and defense applications domestically.
